About the Opportunity
This program has been created for high potential candidates to have accelerated progression into a Store Manager role. As part of a close-knit cohort, participants will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.

Through this program, we would like to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles in our stores, and over time, achieve substantive equality for women in leadership roles.
What to Expect
On successful completion of the program, you will be fully prepared for your appointment as a Store Manager leading one of our supermarkets. In this highly autonomous role, you will have significant P&L accountability together with the chance to stretch your leadership capability as you manage upwards of 100+ employees.
Support and Progression
You'll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group to continue to fuel your passion for a career in retail.
