  • Review contractors' proposed methodologies and plans to ensure suitability to meet technical requirements.
  • Ensure contractors work efficiently to avoid time or cost overruns.
  • Verify that contractors meet site safety and environmental standards at all times.
  • Verify that contractors meet specification and quality control requirements.
  • Collaborate with contractor personnel to optimize performance from a schedule and cost perspective.
  • Review contractors' progress and highlight areas where progress is behind schedule.
  • Prepare daily and weekly site reports covering safety, environment, quality and schedule.
  • Prepare a final construction report upon completion of each project.
