About the Role

We are seeking a qualified clinician to join our national team providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65.

This role involves working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.

You will form close bonds with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce restrictive practices.
  • Develop Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments that increase quality of life, including improving skills and enhancing independence.
  • Implement PBS plans with training and regular follow-up and review.

You will also provide assessments and interventions across the lifespan and across a diverse range of presentations in NDIS Psychology services.

This is an opportunity to be trained in specific psychological assessments, such as Autism and ADHD.
