Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Regional Victoria, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals with severe mental illness.
  • Deliver case management and structured therapeutic interventions to support consumers in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Evaluate and manage crisis situations, ensuring the safety of consumers and staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and support services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Community Mental Health within an Australian healthcare setting.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated expertise in psychiatric assessment, clinical formulation, and recovery-oriented interventions.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, crisis work, and care planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
