Early Childhood Education Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education leader to join our dedicated team of Teachers and Educators.

This role will be based at our state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre, where you can make a real difference in the lives of young children.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a long day-care centre as an Early Childhood Education leader, with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a professional team of Teachers and Educators to create a safe and secure environment for children to thrive
  • Building lasting relationships with families and ensuring they feel informed and confident about their child's education and care
  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive business performance and support sustainability initiatives

A competitive remuneration package includes:

  • A salary range of $105,000 - $120,000 per annum
  • A sign-on bonus of $10,000

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre as an Early Childhood Education leader
  • A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with others
  • Budget and financial accountability experience
