Early Childhood Leadership Role

This leadership position requires a passionate and experienced early childhood leader to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe space for children and Educators to grow and thrive.

The Centre Director will oversee all aspects of daily operations and lead a team of dedicated Educators at our brand-new, 91 place purpose-built service.

  • Lead and inspire a team of Educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and child safe standards through day-to-day operations oversight
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with families, staff, and the community by fostering open communication and collaboration
  • Create and implement a positive, inclusive, and play-based learning environment that encourages continuous growth and development
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing for children and staff by implementing robust risk management strategies
About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned early childhood professional to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate who can bring their expertise and passion to our team.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • An ACECQA APPROVED DIPLOMA (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Director of a similar size service
  • EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS to motivate and guide the team
  • A current Working with Children Check
