About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to provide installation and service work on our boiling and chilled water units. As a Service Technician at Zip, you will thrive on being customer-focused with a knack for fault-finding and demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service our boiling and chilled water units
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Requirements
  • Full trade qualifications as a Plumber
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine, or hot water industry
  • Current driver's license
  • Australian resident and eligible to undergo a security clearance
