Casual Administrative Officer Level 2 - Support

Responsibilities
  • Greet and support patients and their families
  • Update and maintain patient records and details
  • Manage referrals and appointment bookings
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Accurately handle and file medical documentation
  • Support onsite and satellite clinic operations
