Job Title: Senior Plumbing Specialist

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced plumber with expertise in designing, installing, and maintaining complex plumbing systems. This professional will lead projects with confidence and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage large-scale plumbing projects
  • Design and implement plumbing systems and select appropriate materials
  • Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, resolving any issues found
  • Train and mentor junior plumbing staff members
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates

Requirements:

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen
  • Must have a US TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance
  • Must have a minimum of five years of plumbing experience
  • Must have a Master Plumbing license or AUS equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements
  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure
