The Opportunity

The Sydney Planning team at Urbis is seeking skilled Consultants to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in statutory and strategic urban planning to deliver valuable insights on land use, development potential, due diligence, master planning, and the approval process.

You will:

  1. Provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, and the approval process.
  2. Draft submissions, proposals, and advice for clients.
  3. Respond quickly and communicate in a clear, concise, and transparent manner to internal and external clients.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives and Planning's Business Plan.
  5. Work alongside other professionals on multi-disciplinary projects to meet specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements.

About You:

  • You hold tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in statutory or strategic planning is required, preferably gained in a consultancy or local government setting.
