The Opportunity
The Sydney Planning team at Urbis is seeking skilled Consultants to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in statutory and strategic urban planning to deliver valuable insights on land use, development potential, due diligence, master planning, and the approval process.
You will:
- Develop and implement strategies for land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, and the approval process.
- Collaborate with colleagues on multiple projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
About You:
- You hold tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in statutory or strategic planning is necessary, preferably gained in a consultancy or local government setting.
