  • Addressing vocational and non-vocational needs through tailored expertise and referrals to internal and external services
  • Engaging with community organisations to develop strong opportunities for parents
  • Delivering a calm, respectful, welcoming, and child-friendly service to maintain engagement
  • Practising empathy and trauma awareness to build trusted relationships and achieve positive outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathy and trauma awareness
  • The ability to work effectively with culturally diverse parents, employers, education providers, and community services
  • Strong Labour Market knowledge
  • A minimum Certificate III in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent experience and willingness to work towards a relevant qualification
