Your daily tasks may include:

  • Assisting diverse customers overcome personal and professional challenges
  • Providing coaching to improve employability skills, confidence, and career planning
  • Finding suitable job opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf
  • Referencing customers to internal and external support services for housing, mental health, and financial counselling
  • Offering additional guidance and support during the first six months of employment

You'll be supported by a team of professionals who share your passion for making a positive impact.

Core Responsibilities:

- Enhancing customer employability skills and confidence through coaching

- Identifying and securing job opportunities that meet customer needs

- Providing ongoing support and guidance to customers during their employment journey

Accurately documenting customer information and progress within relevant systems.
