Director of Enterprise Project Governance

This is an opportunity to drive major projects that support democratic processes in Victoria.
About the RoleAs a seasoned executive, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the strategic oversight and delivery of major project portfolios.
- Leading strategic planning, prioritisation, and execution of major projects.
- Overseeing project governance frameworks, change management, and benefit realisation.
- Providing high-level advice to executive leadership and governance committees.
- Building project management capability across the organisation.
- Driving a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You are required to have:
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-level PMOs in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Accreditation in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and change management.
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
- A track record of delivering multi-year, high-budget programs with measurable impact.
- The ability to influence, coach, and build capacity across diverse teams.
