About the Role:
You'll be involved in various outdoor tasks, from maintaining grounds to helping with labor-intensive roles. If you enjoy working outdoors and are part of a close-knit team, this could be the perfect job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with gardening tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, mulching, and planting.
  • Operate gardening tools and equipment, including mowers, brush cutters, and small trucks.
  • Help with seasonal planting and landscaping projects.
  • Assist with general laboring tasks.
  • Respond to customer requests and general public inquiries.
  • Follow safety standards and work schedules.

About You:

  • Must have a current Victorian driver's license (manual preferred).
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or similar experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable using gardening tools and machinery safely.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Hardworking, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors.
