Clinical Facilitator Role
\The role of a Clinical Facilitator is pivotal in delivering high-standard care to patients. Our hospital's 12,000-strong team is dedicated to providing world-class healthcare services to the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region.
\You will lead education and staff development initiatives, foster teamwork and inclusive culture, promote evidence-based care, and support new nurses through preceptorship.
\To be successful in this position, you will require:

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent degree\
- Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia\
- Evidence of vaccination against certain diseases\
- Tuberculosis screening\
- Declaration of serious discipline history\
- Criminal History Screening for new employees\
