Culturally Sensitive Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a dedicated clinician to join our team in providing culturally sensitive mental health support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals.
About the Role:- Deliver short-term counselling services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop strategies to enhance workplace mental health and well-being for organisations with a significant First Nations employee base.
- Design and deliver training programs on cultural competency, mental health, and well-being.
- Contribute to the development of educational resources for clients.
- Ensure culturally informed services are provided to all individuals.
- Travel as required to meet client and organisational needs.
Key Qualifications and Experience Include:
- Proven experience in delivering mental health support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals.
- Strong understanding of cultural factors influencing mental health in First Nations communities.
- Qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Professional registration with a relevant health professional body.
- Minimum of three years of counselling experience.
