Heavy Diesel Equipment Specialist

A challenging and rewarding full-time role for a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Field Technician is available. The successful candidate will be based in Welshpool with field service responsibilities across Perth.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose complex faults and perform timely breakdown repairs, as well as scheduled servicing of heavy diesel equipment.
- Utilize tablet technology to log jobs, order parts, and obtain customer sign-off.
- Work independently on-site and collaborate with customers to identify further service needs.
- Mechanical trade qualification (Diesel, Plant, Automotive or similar).
- Proven experience with heavy equipment, mobile plant, or similar industries.
- Strong diagnostics skills across hydraulics, mechanical, and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating after-hours call roster.
