**Care and Education Role**:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator/trainer to join our team of professionals delivering exceptional healthcare training across the state.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in training/education and the ability to work autonomously. The role will involve leading group training classes via Zoom and face-to-face, working with clients from diverse industries and sectors, and undertaking continued professional development through regular training sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable utilising technology, and hold current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN). They will also be required to reside and hold full working rights in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality training sessions to various clients across the state
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement training programs
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on training matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards

Requirements

- Current RN or EEN registration
- Experience in training/education, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable utilising technology, including digital platforms and software
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
