We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our team. The role offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement and professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private client matters, including wills, estate planning, probate, trusts, and inheritance tax. They will also provide expert advice on powers of attorney, lasting powers of attorney, and other related matters.

The ideal candidate will have +2 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant area of practice and be well-versed in handling complex casework. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold +2 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant area of practice
  • Have experience with handling complex casework, including probate, estate administration, wills, and trusts
  • A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be advantageous, or working towards it
