Job Title: Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in the Sydney area.

Synergy People supply steel roofing products to large commercial projects, and we need someone who can work effectively with our machinery to fold, curl and press sheet metal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machines, packing finished products onto trollies and preparing them for loading, handling trades and customer enquiries, operating a forklift and working in a team environment.

They must also be able to manually handle heavy loads and be physically fit to lift 15-20kgs frequently.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 12 months machine operating experience, a current forklift license, basic mathematical skills, good hand-eye coordination and a can-do attitude.

Additionally, you will need reliable transport and the ability to work as part of a team.
