Staff Site Reliability Engineer

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure and reliability of our platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting scalable systems, designing fault-tolerant solutions, and ensuring seamless performance across our business.

We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer who can lead our efforts in building resilient systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving org-wide reliability strategy. This is a high-trust, high-impact role where your decisions will shape how millions experience our platform.

  • Design and implement scalable, cloud-based infrastructure that meets the needs of our rapidly growing business.
  • Develop and maintain our SRE architecture and roadmap, incorporating best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Partner with engineering and product leads to embed reliability and scalability across teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers, contribute to internal education, and elevate our on-call culture.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles in high-scale environments.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, distributed systems, and automation.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to teach and build alignment within the team.
  • A bias toward action, clarity, and long-term thinking.
