Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated at $73,000 to $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Chef to lead our kitchen team in Rosebud VIC 3939. As an experienced culinary professional, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining hygiene standards, and supervising kitchen staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all menu items are prepared to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and controlling waste to meet budget requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
  • Implementing approved food safety practices and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Supervising kitchen staff and providing guidance on cooking techniques and procedures.
  • Receiving and storing food supplies according to health department regulations.

You will work closely with the management team to achieve operational excellence and maintain a positive reputation for Job2Go Pty Ltd.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
