Senior Solution Architect - Enterprise

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with Tier 1 enterprise accounts in the Public Sector Industry Vertical. You will work closely with an Enterprise sales account executive and partners to expand our business in these accounts.

About the Role

In this role, you will create possibilities, solve problems, and establish trusted relationships with our customers. You will help our customers adopt solutions across multiple technology platforms at the enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the sales team providing recommendations for the development and implementation of complex offerings and solutions to help the team achieve sales targets
  • Sustaining good relationships with partners and existing/prospective customers
  • Build, design, and present complex solutions to customers
  • Lead the technical validation process with customers, including product and solution presentations and demonstrations, technical deep dive sessions and workshops, and proof of value activities
  • Collaborate with Product Management teams and the Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience with our products
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for the customers, gain the confidence of IT professionals, and build long-lasting relationships within our key accounts.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience working as a sales engineer, consultant, or solutions architect or in a relevant role
  • Knowledge of and preferably experience with any of the Red Hat platforms like Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), or other Red Hat technologies
  • Diverse architectural and hands-on experience across both on-premise and cloud platforms and workloads
  • Experience in areas as diverse as virtualization and cloud management to middleware, microservices, and serverless architectures and IT automation.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies
  • Ability to present and have technical and business discussions with C-level executives
