This system integration role focuses on driving the development of advanced detection and tracking technologies, with a specific emphasis on sensor fusion algorithms and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the evolution of real-time data processing systems by refining tracking capabilities for complex threat scenarios
  • Design, profile, and optimize high-performance applications using multi-threading, language bindings, and GPU acceleration
  • Implement and assess novel tracking techniques, drawing on current research and internal validation
  • Maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment infrastructure that enforces code quality, runtime stability, and release integrity
  • Collaborate with engineers across software, embedded, and AI teams to contribute to cross-disciplinary projects
  • Apply structured engineering principles including testing, version control, and modular refactoring
  • Assist in troubleshooting system behavior and supporting downstream users in integration efforts
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in algorithm development or software engineering roles
  • Proficiency in modern C++ with additional experience in Python or other object-oriented languages
  • Experience working with GPU-based computation frameworks (e.g. CUDA, TensorRT)
  • Familiarity with software performance profiling and code optimization techniques
  • Comfortable using CMake, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing frameworks, and Git
  • Experience with Linux-based development and Docker-based environments
  • Strong grasp of data structures, computational complexity, and applied mathematics
  • Knowledge of multi-object tracking, sensor fusion, or multi-sensor systems
  • Background in applied machine learning or probabilistic inference
