In-Home Care Support Position

At our organization, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide in-home care support to elderly customers. As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in enabling seniors to live independently at home.

About the Role
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks.
  • Offer personal care services, such as showering, toileting, and assisting with medication.
  • Be a friendly face and make a positive impact on someone's life.
Responsibilities
  1. Domestic Assistance: Assist clients with daily household tasks, ensuring their homes remain clean and organized.
  2. Personal Care Services: Provide support with personal care activities, including showering, toileting, and administering medication.
  3. Social Supports: Offer companionship and social interaction, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • Hold a current Australian driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Have at least 3 months' experience in a paid aged care setting.
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends if required.
  • Commit to our paid Brilliant @ Basics Training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
  • Travel is required for training and occasional visits to clients' homes.
