Do you meet these minimum requirements?

  • Live in or near Singleton including surrounding suburbs Darlington, Fern Gully, Gowrie, Hunterview, Ravensworth, Singleton Heights.
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
  • Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (weekend availability a bonus)
  • Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training.
  • Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

  • Open to Experienced candidates
  • Permanent Part-Time Contracts
  • Permanent Contract hours: 30-40 hours perfortnight + flex up hours.
  • Hourly Rate: $32.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
  • Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day

Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
