About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of people strategies, handling HR processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience across different regions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, strong communication skills, and an interest in working in a multinational environment. You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to develop your expertise in HR operations and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the implementation of HR strategies that align with global and local business objectives.
  2. Provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  3. Manage and monitor the performance review process, tracking feedback and progress across regions.
  4. Handle employee relations cases, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, maintaining confidentiality.
  5. Assist in communication and planning for organizational change initiatives.
  6. Improve ER processes, policies, and systems across various regions.
  7. Analyze ER data to provide insights for senior leadership decision-making.
  8. Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in HR support, employee relations, or administrative HR functions.
  3. Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
