About This Role

As a facilities manager, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to ensure their expectations are met. This involves proactively engaging stakeholders to develop sound working relationships at all levels.

  • Manage facilities to ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.
  • Risk management and recommending continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure financial operations meet or exceed targets, budgeting, and reporting as required.

You will also be responsible for managing contractors, maintenance, and asset planning.

This role requires proven facilities management experience in a commercial environment, a sound understanding of sustainability, and excellent communication skills.
