Facilities Management Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in a private property group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Centre to a high level of cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring all maintenance/operations meet insurance, workplace health and safety requirements, and managing the FM operations budget.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of commercial facilities management compliance, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

About This Role

  • Maintain the Centre to a high level of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Keep the Centre's plant and equipment in good order and repair
  • Ensure all maintenance/operations meet insurance, workplace health and safety requirements
  • Good administrative office skills
  • Maintenance, cleaning and security contractor coordination/management, sourcing quotes for work
  • Ensure contractors are inducted correctly
  • Manage the FM operations budget
  • Monitor and maintain programs to reduce electricity, water and other service wastage

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of commercial facilities management compliance
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience working within Retail / Shopping Centre environment preferred but not essential
