Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and meet targets while ensuring the store operates efficiently.
  • Oversee stock levels, ordering and inventory management to keep the store well-stocked and organized.
  • Create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for customers, offering personalized, expert advice and exceptional service.
  • Recruit, train and build a passionate and knowledgeable team who set the bar for health and beauty service.
  • Collaborate on in-store promotions, events, and community activities to engage and retain customers.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing with well-organized, exciting displays and product presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in Hair, Beauty, Retail or Fashion Industry.
  • Strong leadership and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
