About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you will be an integral part of our in-store team. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic retail environment. You will assist across various areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house roles.

  • You will provide exceptional customer service standards including pre, during and post-sale interactions.
  • Contribute to the brand experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following receiving processes.
