Reservations Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our client's luxury Gold Coast property. As a key member of the Reservations Department, you'll oversee daily operations, handle group and individual bookings, and deliver exceptional guest service.

As Reservations Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining high brand standards, maximizing room occupancy, and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on providing personalized service, mentoring your team, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Reservations Department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Mentor and develop your team to achieve business goals and individual performance targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Rooms Division, Marketing, and F&B, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure high customer service standards, delivering unforgettable experiences for every guest.
