Seeking a seasoned Bridge Engineering professional to lead our Australian bridge projects, focusing on project management, technical leadership, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of bridge engineering projects across Australia.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, including variations, claims, and commercial disputes, ensuring smooth fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Tech Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight across various multi-disciplinary projects, promoting innovation and excellence.
- Business Development: Organize business development strategies, including proposal preparation, to drive new opportunities and growth.
- Clients Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business prospects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience as a Bridge Engineer, recognized by clients at state level. They will oversee a team of bridge engineers and designers, providing people leadership, while elevating bridge knowledge and expertise within the group.
Qualifications and Experience:- Education: Relevant degree in civil engineering.
- Experience: Extensive industry experience as a Bridge Engineer, with a strong understanding of Australian Standards and current engineering principles.
