Territory Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to drive sales and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in the orthopedic device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and features of our orthopedic products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new accounts and market segments.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and materials.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the company and promote our products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in medical sales, within the orthopedic device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or Science degree field is preferred.
