Territory Manager | Orthopaedics | Gold Coast

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to drive sales and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in the orthopedic industry.
  • This dynamic role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators.
  3. Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and features of our products.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new accounts and market segments.
  5. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and materials.
  7. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the company and promote our products.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in medical sales, within the orthopedic device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or Science degree field is preferred.
