About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laser & Dermal Technician to join our team in Strathpine.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing various treatments to clients, including laser hair removal and dermal and skin treatments. Your expertise will also include offering treatment recommendations, creating bespoke treatment plans, and suggesting products to help clients achieve their goals.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client experiences, building long-lasting relationships, and ensuring clients receive gold-standard service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with extensive training provided
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and personal/team KPIs
  • Experience using medical-grade devices (Candela Laser and Body Contouring) is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service and drive repeat business
  • Strong communication and consultation skills
  • Laser safety officer certificate is a plus
