About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Laser and Skin Therapist to join our esteemed team of professionals. As a key member, you will deliver exceptional consultations, advanced treatments, and expert product recommendations that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised consultations and treatments that meet individual client needs.
  • Lead by example, inspiring excellence and collaboration among team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Diploma or Cert III in Beauty Therapy (essential).
  • Current and valid Laser Licence (required for QLD and WA roles).
  • Proven ability to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive retail performance.
  • Experience with medical-grade technologies such as Candela Lasers (preferred).
