Childcare Centre Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced administration assistant to join our team at a childcare centre in Brisbane. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre and providing exceptional service to our families.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for families and visitors, providing warm welcomes and efficient assistance
- Assist with payroll processes, including Time Target administration
- Manage QikKids daily processes, including marketing daily rolls and collating weekly utilisation reports
- Process new centre enrolments and manage the online waiting list for new enquiries
- Order resources and consumables for the centre
- Assist with compliance documents for the service
Applicants should possess experience in payroll administration, preferably in the early childhood sector. They should also have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a current Working with Children Check or state-specific equivalent.
