Emergency Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Northern Beaches Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Contribute to the education and training of nursing staff
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Critical Care or Emergency Nursing environment
- Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing (or working towards)
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
