Our company is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Metering Coordinator.

About the Role

This role involves working with our CUI division, reporting to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will provide planning and scheduling support to Metering Technicians, ensuring the branch meets its service call obligations to clients.

The position requires interacting with Technicians and Clients on a daily basis, coordinating tasks, and resolving scheduling issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively schedule and dispatch PM works.
  • Participate in labor resource planning with Operations Manager.
  • Run the Planned Maintenance Forecast hours, report with Operations Managers to assist with scheduling.
  • Participate in meetings, both internal and external, creating action lists and completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Plan daily schedules for each Technician and allocate via BSAL.
  • Raise and allocate all service calls to Technicians.
  • Resolve scheduling issues with Technicians as they arise, escalating to Service Managers.
  • Run daily reporting to check for jobs ready to mark as reviewed.
  • Evaluate client purchase orders prior to updating job status.
  • Receive and monitor inbound calls, determining appropriate actions to address client needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling, rostering, and labor resourcing planning.
  • Experience in front-line client and technician engagement.
  • Experience with working with ERPs and scheduling tools.
  • Prior experience in Pronto and Salesforce Lightning is highly regarded.
