Highly Skilled Software Professional Wanted

The software development team is responsible for creating and managing software applications that meet the company's business needs.
We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. As a member of this team, you will work with other engineers, product managers, and IT infrastructure teams to build innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software systems using various technologies such as .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Azure cloud resources, and REST APIs.
- Design and implement integrations between core systems including Salesforce, Workday, and Blackbaud's Engineering System.
- Administer API documentation libraries using Swagger / OpenAPI (Swashbuckle).
- Collaborate with a Scrum team to plan, groom, and deliver work.
- Identify and solve defects within the operational software baseline and ensure technical debt is tracked and planned as part of the Scrum process.
- Support existing software structures and pipelines.
- Improve software quality through adherence to standards, static analysis, unit testing, logging, proactive alerting, and monitoring.
- Deliver results that improve the operational efficiency and security of the software development lifecycle environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
- Fundamental understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Secure coding practices based on OWASP standards.
- Experience with Microsoft C# / .NET.
- Building and consuming REST web services; familiarity with code versioning, Git preferred.
- Developing applications using Angular.
- Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.
