We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Bodington Wentworth Falls. As a key member of our Catering team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh and nutritious meals for our residents, managing kitchen resources, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences
  • Manage kitchen resources, including equipment and food supplies, within approved budgets
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to Aged Care quality standards
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
  • Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate
  • Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
