We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialised Carer to join our team. As a Specialised Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care and a genuine passion for serving elderly people. You will be required to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and be able to commit to a range of roles within the residential home.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal support, meal preparation, laundry collection, and cleaning duties
  • Updating care notes and communicating with the team
  • Providing life engagement activities for residents with dementia
  • Recognising, reporting, and responding appropriately to changes in resident conditions
