As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in our residential aged care home.

About the Role
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice nursing procedures.
  • Act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work safely to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by following all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
