Job Title:

Safety Strategist

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can partner with operational leaders to drive safety into day-to-day decision-making.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Embedding safety into every process and operation.
  • Leading initiatives to reduce risk and build ownership from the ground up.
  • Coaching and empowering leaders and teams to take charge of their safety responsibilities.
  • Using data and insights to set priorities and deliver results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Health and Safety role is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills and strong knowledge of Australian health and safety regulations are required.
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety, such as a Grad Diploma or H&S Internal Auditing, are also necessary.
