We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Speech Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic services. Your role will involve managing an allocated caseload and providing timely interventions to support our clients' communication needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and adults with varying levels of communication disorders. You will be responsible for assessing and implementing individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an allocated caseload of clients with varying communication disorders
- Assess and develop individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Deliver timely and effective therapeutic services to support clients' communication goals
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Therapist
- Strong passion for working with children and adults with communication disorders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
