Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized support to customers with daily living tasks, empowering them to live independently and holistically.

Your work will be centered around providing support in everyday daily activities around the home, assisting with hygiene and personal care, and facilitating activities outside the home environment. You will also assist with medication compliance and meal assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
