About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our ANZ Team Name team on a full-time permanent basis, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager Cold & Flu and Allergy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior/Brand Managers in the execution of the annual brand plan for assigned brands.
  • Brand Management: Manage the day-to-day operational aspects for assigned brands, including advertising & promotion (A&P) budget tracking, vendor setup, and product knowledge development.
  • Project Support: Support the successful launch to market of brand innovation & improvement projects, including attending project meetings and providing support where requested.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related business discipline.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and the Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry.
  • Desired 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • High-level use of key MS Software programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
