Job Title: Coffee Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced coffee specialist to join our team at DAME, a leading hospitality group in Melbourne's CBD. As a coffee specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers, working closely with our team to ensure seamless service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for great food, coffee, and working as part of a team. Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe environment is highly regarded, as is a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent results, providing a supportive and professional environment that fosters personal growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coffee to customers, using Industry Beans coffee and state-of-the-art equipment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Assist with daily operations, including cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing a positive and welcoming experience
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RSA certificate
  • Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
